What Is Small Group Training?
Small group sessions at PER4M run with a strict maximum of 6 athletes per coach. That keeps the quality of coaching high — you're never just a number in a class of 20.
Sessions are structured and progressive — built around evidence-based strength and conditioning. You'll train alongside people who push you and support you, in an environment that's challenging but welcoming.
