What Is PER4M Academy?

Youth Athletic Development Done Right

PER4M Academy is our youth coaching programme — designed for young people who want to get stronger, move better and perform at a higher level in their sport or in everyday life.

All sessions are run by qualified coaches with experience working with young athletes. We focus on building fundamental movement skills, strength and confidence in a safe, structured and enjoyable environment.

The Academy is designed for young people aged 12–18. If your child falls outside this range, get in touch and we'll discuss what's possible.
No. The Academy is open to all young people — whether they compete in sport, play recreationally or simply want to get fitter and stronger. The skills we develop benefit everyone.
Yes — when properly programmed and supervised by qualified coaches. The research is clear that appropriately designed strength training is safe and beneficial for young people. All our Academy sessions are designed with this in mind.
